The Domaine, which lies on the Sauveterre-de-Guyenne hillsides, is a beautiful Mediaeval bastide which was built in 1281 during the reign of Edward I Plantagenêt, King of England and the Duke of Aquitaine.
Red, white, rosé…the Château Gandoy-Perrinat succeeds in a complicated task, because in Bordeaux and Bordeaux Supérieur appellations, excellence is everything and approximation is just not good enough.
This goal is achieved thanks to the work in the vines and in the cellar, that combines the traditional passionate gestures of a winegrower and innovative technologies. A blend that suits the vineyard and honors the surrounding lands of the historical village of Sauveterre-de-Guyenne.
